My Priorities
Prioritizing Northern Wisconsin:
Born and raised in Northern Wisconsin and operating a small business here for 30 years, I know the unique issues and challenges our local communities face. I willfight for our family farms and main street businesses so they can continue to help our communities thrive. I will also work to ensure our rural schools aren’t left behind and broadband expansion efforts continue. Rural residents in our area must have the resourcesand opportunities they need to succeed.
Addressing Rising Costs and Reducing Your Tax Burden:
Families across Wisconsin are continuing to feel the squeeze of inflation as they walk down the aisle at the grovery store or sit down to balance their budget. That's why I will fight to continue reducing the tax burden for the middle class, retirees, ad those with kids in childcare. We must make sure you are able to keep more of your hard-earned money and stop destructive efforts to raise your taxes.
Strengthening Our Workforce:
With employers across Wisconsin begging for workers, it is crucial that we help get people back into the workforce. An investment in our workforce now is key to the growth of our economy in the future. That's why I support strengthening job training and apprenticeship programs that will help people find great jobs and employers find great employees.
